Gerald was one of my favorite patients in my whole career. Despite what he was going through he always made us laugh. We would makes jokes about our ambulance rides and busted the other nurses on our floor (in a good way). He knew everyone's name and was grateful for everything we would do for him. He truly was a wonderful, thoughtful and fun person. We will always remember him, it was a pleasure taking care of him, he will be missed by all of us on 6th floor, GCMC.
