Grace A. Wagner, 91, formerly of Centre Twp., passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015 in the Laurel Center, Tilden Twp., where she resided for five years. She was the wife of Clayton C. Wagner, Sr., who died August 30, 1991.
Born in Penn Twp., she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Lily R. (Henne) Reber. Grace was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp. She was also a member of the Central Berks Fire Company and beneficial association, Centerport; Shartlesville Senior Citizens; Centerport Sunday School; and the former Centerport Grange.
Grace is survived by one son: David W. Wagner, husband of Sylvia S. (Boyne) Wagner, Centre Twp.; one daughter: Ruth A. (Wagner), wife of Kenneth C. Borkey, Sr., Centre Twp.; six grandchildren: Wendy A. Musser, Ken C. Borkey, Jr., Thomas C. Wagner, Brenda M. Krieger, Norman E. Hunsicker, and Tracey A. Bennis; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son: Clayton C. Wagner, Jr., who died November 13, 2011; and his wife Joan M. (Hoffman) Wagner, who died January 8, 2011; and one brother: Rufus Reber.
Services will be held on Monday at 9:30 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport. Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tilden Twp.
