Obituary for Lillian A. Frankhouser (Graff)

Lillian A. Frankhouser, 87, formerly of Shoemakersville died Saturday, March 11, 2017 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Shew was the wife of Clair L. Frankhouser, died December 5, 1997.
Born in Shartlesville, she was the daughter of the late Herbert A. and Edna (Rentschler) Graff. She was a member of St. Michael’s Church; Tilden Twp. Lillian worked as a sewing machine operator for Hamburg Knitting Mill for more than 30 years before her retirement. She loved to play bingo, go to casinos, knitting, and crossword puzzles. She was a member of Pike Twp. Fish and Game, Shoemakersville Senior Citizens, and Shartlesville Connection.
Lillian is survived by two daughters: Barbara A. (Frankhouser) wife of Dennis J. Reber, Temple, and Christine L. (Frankhouser) wife of John J. Svrcek, Upper Tulpehocken Twp.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter: Annette Dietrich, two brothers, and three sisters.
Services will be held Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport, PA 19533. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Tilden Twp.
