Brian L. Frederick, 21, of Perry Twp., passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015 in St. Joseph Medical Center.
Born in West Reading, he was the son of Terry A. and Maia (Carvalho) Frederick, Perry Twp. He was a 2012 graduate of Hamburg Area High School. Brian enjoyed playing ice hockey and played for the Reading Junior Royals and the Hamburg Ice Hockey Club.
Surviving in addition to his parents is his brother: Joshua D. Frederick, Perry Twp.; maternal grandparents: Edward P. and Patricia A. (Johnson) Carvalho, Pennside; paternal grandfather: David Frederick, Mohnton; and paternal grandmother: Norma (Drobnick) Mosley, Virginville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday at 3:30 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 65 S. 4th Street, Hamburg (off street parking in rear).
